- Damaged/Lost Packages: We are not liable for damage caused by the original retailer’s poor packaging. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance at checkout.
- Prohibited Items: We will not ship banned items. Any attempt to ship undeclared prohibited items may result in account termination and legal action by Customs.
- Refunds for freight charges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in the event of gross negligence by our team.
